A Personal Touch began in 1996, as a balloon art and event planning company servicing New York & New Jersey.
2009
In 2009, A Personal Touch opened a showroom location in downtown Pearl River, New York.
2024
Now in 2024, A Personal Touch has expanded to a permanent equipment and showroom facility located in the heart of Rockland County, New York and the Tri-state area.
